Flex Season is Upon Us. Is Your Practice Ready?

As the end of 2018 draws near, so does the time frame in which to use Flexible Spending Account (FSA) funds. If you have a medical practice that offers elective procedures, it’s time to gently remind your patients that they can (and should) use their savings before the time limit runs out.

This is often easier said than done. At Fast Track Marketing, every year we have practices come to us saying, “We need to start promoting Flex to our patients. Any ideas?” When you are busy running your business, caring for patients on a daily basis, jumping through hoops to make patients happy and troubleshooting problems, taking time to focus on end-of-year marketing ideas may be out of the question.

Luckily, we keep this type of marketing To Do item high on our radar. We are the ones reminding our clients that it’s time to promote flex – and we give them specific and unique ways to do so. Whether it is targeted emails, newsletter articles, pay-per-click ads or educational videos, these resources are at our fingertips – and we are ready to share them with your practice. (As long as you don’t ask for help too late in the year.)

Video to Promote FSAs for Elective Surgery

This year, we created a marketing video that your practice can use to help patients learn three ways to afford LASIK vision correction (including FSAs). This video is meant to tackle that Cost obstacle that so many patients must overcome when considering elective LASIK surgery. Your practice can order a personalized copy of the Flex marketing video with your logo and contact information for only $99. The video can be used on your website, on social media, in emails and newsletters – wherever you want to spread the word about ways to make LASIK affordable. Click below to view the video:
