How long does it take to get started?

Most of our services launch within 2–4 weeks of onboarding.

That said, social media packages begin after your initial photo + video shoot is completed, since we use your custom visuals to build branded content. Timing depends on shoot availability and logistics, but we’ll walk you through every step.

Is there a contract?

Yes—all of our core marketing packages require a 12-month agreement. This allows us to build consistent strategy, content, and growth over time.

Do you work with non-medical businesses?

We specialize in elective healthcare—but our sister brand, Fast Track Digital, works with service-based businesses across industries. If you’re a boutique, local brand, or niche professional, FTD might be the perfect fit.

Can I add or remove services later?

Yes—while our core packages are built on a 12-month contract, we offer flexibility within that framework.

You can upgrade your package (add services like email or ads) at any time. If something’s not working or your goals shift, we’ll discuss adjustments during your quarterly check-ins. We’re here to make your plan work for your practice—not lock you into the wrong fit.

Do you do everything in-house?

We manage your full marketing experience—from strategy and content creation to campaign execution.

While we partner with WorkPlay Branding to handle your custom photo and video shoots, all graphics, Reels, email layouts, and social content are created by our in-house Fast Track Marketing team.We also partner with LocaliQ for advanced ad delivery across search and social platforms.
