Referral Program Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility
   Participants must be 18 years of age or older and legally able to participate.
2. Qualified Referral
   A “Qualified Referral” is defined as a new client who:

• Is not an existing or previous customer of Fast Track Marketing
• Signs a paid advertising services agreement
• Remains a client in good standing for at least 30 consecutive days

3. Reward Payment
   Referrers will receive a $500 reward within 15 business days after the referred client meets the Qualified Referral criteria. Rewards will be issued via electronic payment.
4. Limitations
   Fast Track Marketing reserves the right to reject any referral that does not meet the program criteria. Self-referrals are not permitted. Abuse of the referral program (e.g. fraudulent referrals) will result in disqualification.
5. Program Modifications
   Fast Track Marketing reserves the right to modify or terminate this program at any time without notice. Any rewards earned prior to such modifications will still be honored.
6. Tax Disclaimer
   Reward payments may be considered taxable income. Referrers are responsible for any applicable taxes. We recommend consulting a tax advisor.
7. No Partnership Created
   Participation in this referral program does not create any agency, partnership, or employment relationship.
8. Governing Law
   This program is governed by the laws of the state of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
