All About EVO ICL 19 TMChoosing the Right PracticeThe success of your vision correction procedure will be a direct result of a detailed, thorough consultation conducted by Dr. Nunnery. The quality of the consultation has a direct impact on the result of the actual procedure. Some vision correction centers boast millions of procedures performed; however, this number encompasses dozens of centers spread all over the country and has nothing to do with the surgeon who may perform your procedure! Surgeons at national centers may come in from another practice %u2013 or even out of state %u2013 to perform as many surgeries as can be scheduled for that day, and then move on to other assignments elsewhere. It is important that you ask questions so that you know exactly what you are getting. Here is a list of questions to ask: CommitmentIs the surgeon the owner of the practice? Does the vision correction center answer to their patients or to a management team in somecorporate office? Can you be sure the surgeon will personally be available for you after theprocedure?Dr. Nunnery is the owner of Providence Eye & Laser Specialists and personally runs this practice from top to bottom! There is no management team telling him what to do, so he can do what is right for each patient. He personally examines each patient during consultations, performs the entire procedure and is integrally involved in the postoperative care. You will get to know Dr. Nunnery very well throughout your EVO ICL journey. He or one of our other doctors is always on call 24/7.
