Patient Communication Resources During COVID-19.

At Fast Track Marketing, we are committed to helping our clients get through the COVID-19 emergency. We have prepared 3 coronavirus emails and social posts that you can use to send to your client base, depending on what stage your practice is in at this time:

  1. The first email/post discusses the safety protocols your practice is taking, assuming your office is still open for business as usual. Download here.
  2. The second email/post announces that your practice is restricting appointments and cancelling all non-essential appointments. Download here.

If you can easily email your patients through your practice management system, please feel free to use the letters as desired. However, if you need assistance in securely communicating with your patients, we can send the email for you.

If you would like to add a pop-up on your website to announce the latest changes your practice is implementing, we are happy to help with that as well. This can be updated as necessary to reflect new information.

We realize that these templates may not fully describe the measures your practice is taking. We would be happy to customize these letters for you if you can supply the correct information to include in the letter. Or you may simply use these as a starting point and add in more specific information about your unique situation on your own.

We would like to remind you that it is important to maintain contact with your patients during this unprecedented time. In fact, while they are at home, they may have ample opportunity to have phone consultations with your office or log into webinars to learn about various vision improvement options. We would be happy to help your practice set up these educational options.

While it is smart to limit person-to-person contact at this time, we feel strongly that this shall pass. When the crisis is over, patients will be anxious to get back to their “normal” normal and resume their plans for vision improvement. This may even have a positive effect in the end – showing your patients that they deserve to live their best quality of life.
