Purpose: To identify the areas within sales and marketing aspect of the practice where improvement will impact profitability to the greatest extent.
  • Analysis of current Advertising efforts, including budget, expense, results, media selection, messaging, cost per lead analysis and more
  • Analysis of current internal sales efforts, including secret shopper calls, telephone handling, scripting, on-site visit to observe consultations, exams, follow-up systems, referral systems and website lead generation
  • Identify key statistical data and analysis of lead and consult conversion ratios
  • Identify needed areas of improvement
  • Provide recommendations, establish targets and goals for improved results
Fees: $4500 plus travel expenses
