Results Monitoring and Fulfillment
  • Establish a system for capturing STATs on every call that show the source of the lead (what medium) and sending them to FTM at the end of each week.
  • All contact info for each new inquiry entered into system each day for FTM to provide fulfillment (i.e. shipping of DVD or other material being offered)
  • The number of calls received from each medium are graphed every week which enables the results and the trends to be monitored weekly allowing media and messaging adjustments based on actual results.
