In most cases, these prospects need more education or, the timing isn’t right for them either financially or otherwise. The doctor/practice that feeds a continual stream of educational information about the procedure, new advancements, special pricing options and other pertinent information to these prospects, stands the best chance of being the practice that the patient chooses when the timing is right for their situation. Based on a proven system using oversized postcards and emails, the FAST TRACK follow-up system continually feeds new information to prospects who have inquired about your services in the past. The system requires that we receive an updated database every other week which has removed prospects who have received surgery and adds new prospects who have inquired. FAST TRACK produces the cards, receives client approval on the content and manages the printing and mailing process as well as the emailing process if email addresses are being captured. FAST TRACK follow-up mailings are one of the least expensive and most effective forms of advertising there is for the following reasons: 1. Oversized Postcards are being mailed to people who’ve already indicated an interest in Laser Vision Correction. These prospects are golden compared the number of people listening to or reading general advertising where, at least 50% of the audience does not even wear corrective lenses. 2. Follow-up card messaging is based on patient hot buttons and topics known to be of interest to people who have inquired about Laser Vision Correction or Intra-Ocular lenses. 3. All Follow-up cards use the Marketing Equation formula for capturing prospective patient interest and motivating a call to action. 4. Most Follow-up card are pretested and surveyed to ensure optimum results. 5. Follow-up cards are frequently used to promote special offers which give prospects a sense of urgency to take action. 6.
