        •    Ad design using adaptations of tested and proven successful
             ads (graphic design [$60 per hour], radio or TV  production
             costs extra).
        •    Report creation – an adaptation of the report,
             “Today’s Facts about LASIK” (graphic design and layout
             costs extra).
       
        √    Requires completion of New Client Checklist and
              ½ day on site meeting with doctors and key management
              personnel, (travel expenses are billed separately)
        √    Requires weekly reporting by client of advertising results
              to ensure best possible results.

Achieve the industry’s lowest cost per lead.
        1.    All Ads are based on patient hot buttons.
        2.    All Ads use the Marketing Equation formula for capturing
               prospective patient interest and motivating a call to action.
        3.    Most Ads are pretested and surveyed to ensure
               optimum results.
        4.    Results of Ads are tracked and compared with the same
               ads running elsewhere to further optimize results.
        5.    Free Reports or DVDs are used as a secondary offer
               to attract prospects that are not yet comfortable
               with the idea of coming to the office for a consultation.

Fees: $2500 per month; 3 month minimum engagement; 30 Days Notice for Cancellation.
